Thirdly, the nourishment of the hair due to the usage of a hair mask helps in decreasing dryness in the hair.
Fourthly, while drying hair, a soft cotton towel must be used, and hair is not pulled roughly while it is wet; it is damaging to the hair.
Fifth, healthy food is very good for the hair; food containing protein and vitamins is great for maintaining health.
Sixth, it's better not to use too much styling or heat on the hair, as it can cause damage. And finally, regular haircutting to avoid split ends facilitates the process of hair growth.
